Site allocation meeting – 22 May 2010
A site allocation meeting was held on the 22 May 2010 at 10h00 in the club’s training room. A total of twelve sites were available for members on the transfer list. The top fifteen members on the Plaat waiting list were also invited to the meeting. The members on the transfer list had first option to the available sites. The transfer list works on a date of request system as to who will have first choice. After the members on the transfer list has made a decision the members on the waiting list (plaat) then gets an opportunity to acquire a permanent site. This is determined by total points (membership points & stays).
The available sites were allocated as follows:
16 Keith Coleman (R4), 37 Brad Dixon (44), 38 Peter Kemp (BP8), B1 Paul Geary, P4 Ernest Brand (O3), BP6 Brad Stemmett (L3), R4 Mark Ackermann (MV11), 44 Sean Harris (MV4), BP8 Stephen Harman (R1), O3 Paul Plumstead, L3 James King, MV4 Michael Brand, R1 Michael McLoughlin
