TSC members rallied together and raised enough funds to buy a camera for the Cape Leopard Trust. This camera was mounted in the Conservancy area very close to TSC. A few members went to erect the camera on Saturday, 12 May 2012.

TSC Closing Cruise 2012
A large number of TSC members spent the past weekend at TSC to attend the official closing of the sailing season, on 26 and 27th May 2012.
The members attending the Watersports AGM elected the Commodore, Mary-Ann Sharwood for the second year in command. We wish to congratulate Mary-Ann, she has proved to be an outstanding Commodore this past sailing season.
At the watersports prize giving, Mary Ann awarded Club trophies to the following sailors:
Spilhaus Junior Trophy: York Avery
Speedprint Trophy: Keegan Ekermans
Youth Hobie Trophy: Storm Avery
Trying Trophy: Warwick Strutt
Norton Trophy, Skipper of Skippers & OBS Trophies: Kuba Miszewski
Suzi Q, Club & TSC Yachtsman of the year Trophies: Tony Largier
Gloria Machin & Shakatak Trophies: Ian Cairncross and Guy Westmoreland
Bayer Monsanto Trophy: Brian Ferguson
Club Colour Medals were awarded to:
Tony and James Largier, Trevor Spilahus, Des Mudge, Gareth Cairncross, Ryan Wiscomb, James King and Jaques Smit.
Club Merit Awards were awarded to:
Alison Sarkozy, Carol Booth, Neville Norton, Jason Wallace, Pierre Alberteyn and Tony Strutt
A Commodores Medal was awarded to: Neil Spilhaus
